Description:

Woolwinders is now offering Crochet 101!  This is a very beginner crochet class covering the basic elements, which will allow students to dive into the fundamentals of this popular craft.  Students will work on a small washcloth to walk away with a finished project.

Class size is limited to no more than four (4) students.

Techniques Learned:

Basic crochet stitches including: chain, single crochet, half double crochet, and double crochet. 

Skill Level:

Beginners – no experience necessary

Prerequisites for Class:

Size G crochet hook 

Materials Needed for Class:

Yarn must be purchased from Woolwinders.  We recommend the Rowan Summerlite DK cotton, as cotton works best for a washcloth, but students are welcomed to purchase any DK weight yarn.

Optional: Locking stitch markers and darning needle to weave in ends.
