Crochet Snowflake
Description:
Join us for a flurry of snowflake fun! Patterns and sparkly thread will be provided to make your own unique crocheted snowflakes. Students will get support choosing and working through various patterns. Instructions on how to block your snowflakes at home will be provided to make them perfect for decorating or gifts.

Techniques Learned:
Following crochet charts and working with repeating motifs
Skill Level:
Intermediate – must be familiar with chain, single crochet stitch, and double crochet stitch.
Prerequisites for Class:
Should be comfortable working with small crochet hooks and lace weight or crochet thread.
Materials Needed for Class:
While patterns and yarn will be provided, students should bring their own crochet hooks in small sizes such as 3.25mm (C) or smaller. If you prefer larger snowflakes, please bring yarn purchased from Woolwinders and corresponding crochet hooks.
Homework:
None. Students will leave with instructions regarding finishing techniques at home.
