First off, we can’t seem to get the picture of the lovely and lucky JAMIE up, so we’ll try again upon our return.

Our SONNET KAL starts today from 2-4 PM. As mentioned, the program is filled, but if you want to come NEXT weekend, give us a call beginning tomorrow to see if everyone is returning from today. The KAL is a drop-in program and attendance is NOT mandatory for all 4 weeks. We generally take it a week at a time, but recommend that you attend either the first or second so that you get some guidance on the project.

And next Sunday’s (FEB. 10) SUNDAY IN THE SALON is a repeat of the very popular TWO NEEDLE GLOVES. You can register for the free program beginning tomorrow. Please note there is some “homework” prior to the program, so you will need to pick up the pattern, yarn, and needles ahead of time. You will need 100 grams of sock yarn, straight needles size 2 and 3, and the free pattern. The prep work takes about two hours—you are casting on, working the cuff, and working some stockinette for approximately 12 more rows. LISA TWOMEY, a terrific teacher and knitter, will be leading the program.

Finally, please remember that we are closing EARLY on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 7. We will close at 6 and will resume late Thursday hours the following week, just in time for VALENTINE’S DAY!!!
