CHANEL CHIC @ WOOLWINDERS
We were feeling a bit pathetic today as almost our entire staff abandoned us to go to the knitting show in Atlantic City (ah to be left behind....) but in walked Ted the Substitute UPS Guy with two large boxes from Unicorn. We were not expecting any books so opened the packages to discover with great glee that Lana Grossa yarns and patterns were within!! We bought this line at the TNNA show last June, drawn to its sophistication of style. And the boxes did not disappoint. Check out their pattern magazine, Filati 28, which features Chanel-styled garments in a variety of weights and colors. And we were delighted to receive three more colors of FUMO, an incredibly soft mohair (ask to see the sweater pattern that coordinates!), three colors of a new yarn COLORE that knits at 11 stitches to 4 inches and FELTS (!), and a new color of sock yarn.
We are feeling better now. And the lovely Karina dashed over after school and is already hard at work!

ok, this store is making it hard for me to be decisive. if i finish a project, i come in and want to make 500 other things. sometimes it's the pattern that is SO cute, and sometimes, it's a yarn (and yes, i am thinking of Debbie Bliss and Rowan...and Noro and...you know, i'll just stop there because the list goes on for a while) but alas. i am only a teenager on a $10 a week allowance. i think i should start a yarn fund...
ps. sorry my comment was so long
